Find the time
everyone can make.
Pick a few days, send one link. People mark the hours that work, each in their own timezone, and the page names the overlap.
No account. Your timezone, and theirs. Deleted 30 days after the last day.
How it works
You send one link. Everyone answers once, in their own timezone.
- 01
Pick days and hours
Choose up to 14 days and a window of hours, or ask about days of the week. A few specific times works too.
- 02
Send one link
Everyone types a name and drags across the times that work, in their own timezone.
- 03
Read the answer
The page names the time that works for the most people. Set it, and everyone can add it to their calendar.
What it handles
The details that usually turn into another thread of messages.
- Each timezone
- Times show in each person’s zone and clock. Planning from another city? Switch the zone next to the times.
- If needed
- Mark the times that are fine and the ones you’d rather avoid. The answer prefers times nobody has to stretch for.
- From your calendar
- Pick an .ics export and your free times are marked. The file never leaves your device.
- The right length
- Say how long the meeting is, and the best times are stretches everyone can stay for.
- People who must be there
- Mark the key people and the answer only suggests times that include them.
- Every week
- Ask about days of the week for things that repeat. The final time becomes a weekly event.
- A final time
- Settle on a time and everyone can add it to their calendar, in their own timezone.
- One link
- Copy it, show a QR code in the room, or have both links emailed to you. No account either way.
